My husband Jerry is my photographer, videographer, editor, computer consultant, and occasional riding partner. He is good with the horses and knows how to give shots, draw blood for glucose tests, and remove loose shoes. The horses know they can count on Jerry for special TLC and extra treats. Jerry’s great passion is taking pictures of wildlife. He specializes in capturing and describing different bird behaviors, regularly posting new photos on his own website www.jerryacton.com . Many of his photos are taken around our home, where he has created a natural bird-friendly habitat and feeds numerous species of birds. Our farm is a National Wildlife Federation Registered Backyard Wildlife Habitat. His photos have been featured in magazines and used for education on bird identification and behavior.
